Screenshots instead of embedding

<p>Reading news, I often notice that things like Twitter posts are posted as screenshots and not as embeds, and specific YouTube videos are given without links.</p>

<p>This completely breaks the spirit of hypertext - not providing links to content you reference makes you no better than just another worthless magazine I can pick up at any convenience store.</p>

<p>Why do we even use HTML anyway? <s>Oh, right, to embed Google Analytics and track the heck out of readers!</s></p>
